What is X-ray Anti-Cheat?
X-ray Anti-Cheat is a program designed to catch and eliminate cheaters in online games. X-ray is a client-side application, running on your machine and offering protection to you and your team-mates in online leagues and tournaments. It allows you to check for cheaters in any match you have played by viewing screenshots of their matches on xraygaming.com.

How does X-ray work?
X-ray will periodically take screenshots of what you are seeing in-game. When you are finished
playing your game, X-ray will upload these screenshots to our servers, where experienced admin team and massive userbase will help catch cheaters by reviewing screenshots and 'flagging' them if they appear suspicious.

Application of X-ray on Garena
Basically, if anyone in Garena has any doubt over your playstyle/if they think you hack, they can find your screenshots via xraygaming.com by typing in your username.

So it can only catch ourselves if WE hack? So if any of us are really hackers, whats the point? Why would they want to join just to be caught. Plus does it lag?

Well... its not so much of a hacker catching app, but rather a tool to prove our innocence. If there's any dispute as to whether we hack or not, we could pass the link to our accusers and let them check our screenshots. This could silence them for good.

And best of all,
- XAC take screenie of whatever you see in-game, so basically if you're hacking, it'll appear on the screenshot as well.
- XAC could take the screenshot at any moment of time without you knowing. Hence, due to this sort of random-ness, you can't effectively turn on/off your hack to compensate for XAC so that your SS will appear "clean".
- Censorship is non-existent in XAC. You can't choose which SS to upload. Heck, you can't even see the SS until its uploaded into the website itself.

The SS will only upload after you've finished gaming. You can choose not to upload. But that'll cause a lot of controversy as to whether you got hack during that period of time in-game.
